What the reply covers

The public Google listing. I look up the business name and city and say whether a Business Profile shows. Then I say which public fields are empty or out of date: category, hours, phone, website, photos, and services. I only see what a customer can already see. Private stats stay private, because I am not in the account.
What it does not do
It does not promise a ranking, a number of calls, or a number of reviews. It does not name your customers. It does not invent a review count. What do I get for free?
One email within one business day. I look at the website address you send and the public Google listing for the business name and city you send. On the site I say what the first screen tells a visitor, whether the phone number is a link a thumb can tap, and whether there is one obvious next step. On Google I say whether a Business Profile shows, and which public fields are empty or out of date: category, hours, phone, website, photos, and services. I do not crawl the whole site on this pass, and I do not see private Google stats.
How fast does the reply arrive?
Within one business day. If I need one missing fact, I ask once, and that is the whole thread unless you write back.
Do you promise rankings or more calls?
No. The reply says what is on the page and on the public listing today. It does not predict where Google will place you, and it does not promise calls.
Do you need a Google password?
No. I read what the public can already see. I never ask for a password, a login code, or access to your account for this free reply.
